METHODS OF PAYMENTS

1. Pick up from the headquarters of H. A. HARALAMPIDES L.P.

After placing your order through our site or by phone, and receive information that it is ready, you can go through our headquarters at 169 Charilaou Trikoupi, PC. 14 564 Nea Kifissia to pick up.

Monday to Friday 8: 00-16: 00 and Saturday 10:00 - 14:00

2. Shipping Within Attica basin area

Free transfer and delivery  for amounts over 80 €.

CAUTION!! An important exception is the softening salt due to the heavy weight and volume of the packages. Therefore the conditions for its transfer will be determined after communication.

For orders under 80 € the buyer is charged  shipping cost  for orders that are served by road depending on volume and weight.

3. Shipping Outside Attica basin area

Delivery with a courier company for areas outside Attica basin.

For areas outside Attica basin area, shipping costs are: € 6.00 with VAT. 24% for parcels up to 3 kg, and € 1.50 with VAT.24% for each additional kilo.

CAUTION!! An exception is salt as well as bulky machines due to the heavy weight and volume of the packaging. Therefore the conditions for the transport of salt and such packaging will be determined upon communication.

The above are delivered on your sidewalk unless otherwise agreed. If you want payment by cash on delivery, the extra charge is € 3.00 including VAT. 24%. In most products the shipping cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on their weight. In case there is no weight information if the package exceeds 3 kg real or volumetric, you will be informed immediately by the shipping department about the exact shipping cost of your order (before shipping, before debiting credit card or depositing in the company account us).

If your order is prepaid but due to a shipping value discrepancy you wish to cancel it before it is shipped, your money will be refunded to a bank account of your choice.

4. Shipping with a transport company throughout Greece

Recommended for heavy and bulky items.

The charges of the transport companies are lower than the couriers.

The cost of transport is paid by the recipient to the transport upon receipt. Indicative cost: 4-10 € with VAT for parcels up to 20kg.- There is no possibility of cash on delivery for shipments through transport company (transport agencies). the other ways our company has.

Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

1. The product has been delayed from being shipped by our supplier. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.
   
2. In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
3. In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in to the product or in to its payment) because eg your details that you have entered are not properly updated.

1. Cash on delivery

You pay the price of your order at the time of receipt by the courier company.

The bank transfer fee is charged to the customer / buyer if the money is transferred from a bank other than ALPHA and EUROBANK

3. Receipt and payment from the offices of Haharalambides Water Filters

Place your order from our online store or by phone and pick up the products from the store.

4. Payment online or in person at our store by credit or debit card

The AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS cards as well as the PAY PAL method are excluded.
